Chest Press and Seated Row: Engineered with adjustable press and row arms to accommodate users of varying height and arm length.
This station of the multi gym provides users with a range of exercises including Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Incline Press, Mid Row, Ab Crunch and Bicep Curl.
Seat and backrest are adjustable and the back rest tilts, providing back support during a range of exercises such as incline press and shoulder press.

Leg Extension and Curl: Leg Extension and Leg Curl. Set up as a dual station the user can easily change between performing a leg curl or leg extension exercise.
- Leg Press and Calf Press: Using a fixed position press plate, and an easily adjustable seat, this station provides maximum comfort during use.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Precision Engineered Weight Stacks
This machine is fitted with three independent 100kg (220lb) weight stacks, and each plate is fitted with clearly visible weight stickers.
The top 7 plates on each stack are 10lb (4.4kg) increments and are ideal for use in rehab facilities where lighter starting weights may be required and changing to 15lb increments from 85lb to 220 lb (39kg to 100kg).
Each plate is also fitted with premium grade nylon bushings for reduced friction on the guide rods during exercises.

The frame has been engineered using premium grade 3mm steel and coated our scratch resistant Platinum Series multi-stage electrostatic powder coating that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear.

Adjustable seat that easily adjusts for varying user heights and can be adjusted to set up the correct position during Chest Press, Leg Extension, Seated Row, and many other exercises.

- High Grade Pulleys
High grade pulleys that have been engineered to reduce drag on the cables, ensuring an ultra-smooth motion. They use a deep groove design to prevent cables slipping off the pulleys during use.
- Aircraft Grade Cables
Fitted with U.S. manufactured aircraft grade cables that have been tested to withstand in excess of 2000Lb (880kg) load.
