  The advanced lat pulldown allows the user to adjust angle of the starting position, giving increased variety of muscle activation.
  The seated row is chest supported, adjustable and offers multi-grip handles for increased variation. 

• Multi Press/Cable Fly Station:
  Sculpt your chest and shoulders with the Multi Press/Cable Fly Station, providing a dual-functionality approach to chest workouts.
  
  Additional to the cable fly system, this station has an adjustable seat and adjustable handles, to allow the user to change from chest press through multiple inclined positions to shoulder press, 

• Seated Leg Extension/Leg Curl Station:
  Isolate and strengthen your leg muscles with the Seated Leg Extension/Leg Curl Station, offering a versatile platform for focused lower body training.

• Precision Engineered Weight Stacks 
  This machine is fitted with four independent 100kg (220lb) weight stacks, and each plate is fitted with clearly visible weight stickers. 
  
  
• Optional Weight Stack Upgrade
  Increase the weight stack from 100kg to 125kg (24x 5kg Plates 5kg Top plate).
  Please note all stack upgrades will require factory ordering and lead time of 10-12 weeks.
